Heilongjiang Haohua Chemical Co., Ltd. is affiliated to China Haohua Chemical (Group) Corporation. It was established in December 2008 and located in Ang'angxi Industrial Park of the Harbin-Daqing-Qiqihar Industrial Corridor. It has a staff of 1,867 people, including 600 engineers and technicians.
It has the devices for an annual capacity of 350,000 tons of ionic membrane caustic soda, 380,000 tons of polyvinyl chloride resin and so on, and its production units capable of annually producing 50,000 tons of caustic soda and 80,000 tons of PVC in the old areas have been laid up and the newly built "Two 300 kt/a Projects" have been fully put into use.
